What is marriage's real meaning in your eyes?

(Love, money, a person to have witness your life or other?) If other explain. What is marriage's real meaning in your eyes?
Love and a person to share your life with! Marriage is like you wanna be the person forever, it's like you can't live without him/her. The bond between you all is really strong and no one could break it. That's marriage in my eyes. What is marriage's real meaning in your eyes?
Marriage, with or without the license, is a commitment to spend your life with another person. To support each other, love and comfort each other, to be together through all of life's troubles, and to comfort and help each other when you are old.

You are giving your word of honor that you will do all of the above.

Trouble with today is there isn't enough honorable people around anymore.
Well I personally think marriage is ridicules, people these days don't make sure they are ready to get married because there is always the option of divorce. Your supposed to love the person and want to be with that person for the rest of your life. ';Till death do us part.'; That RARELY happens anymore. Personally I would never get married. My friend tells me its a girl afraid of commitment, I say call it what you want but to me its not worth it. The divorce rate is like 65% or something like that. That's crazy. However if you KNOW your ready and you are SURE you love someone, marriage would be the one for you!!
Its a bond between two people that really never goes away even after divorce . Not sure how to explain this but almost like two energy forces connecting . I believe there is more to being human then just being human and we don,t know how to use it . When two share a life they do it more then just physically . I can think about one of my ex,s and sure enough they will call or come over so there is more to us then just existing . I think marriage is the closest way we are able to connect with others mentally .
A legal union between two people who care about each other, want to share their lives, and have the benefits provided married couples such as sharing health insurance, inheritance, power to speak for your spouse if they are incapacitated, etc (things a non-married partner cannot do or get).

There's a romantic side to marriage and a practical side. Some marry for one or the other...some marry for both.
Let see. Prison, trap, lot of troubles. Including lot of your half, child support and you are not allow to see too much of the child.

Married is also a wonderful thing. If you married the right girl. After a long and excited day of work you still want a place call home to come too. Nothing is like to have a wife to welcome you in. Some one willing to be there with you. either happy time or sad time. Some one want to share life with.

It is lot of work but it is worth while to look up and live for. A kiss, huge, touch after a long exhausted day if great. When come to children, Any thing they do any first word they speak. put it this way, Life with out a family and place to call it is home there is no life. Because it is emptiness

Married is not some thing that you want to rush into. Lot of investigate and hope thing change for better.

A person you can share your life with. All of it. The good the bad the happy and sad. The money and material things are important but things change through time. You need someone who can change and grow with you as the time goes on. That to me is what marriage is all about.
trust and forgiveness, because the road of marriage is sometimes a bumpy road.
Extortion, and legalized prostitution..
compainionship, someone who will be with you and never leave you no matter how hard times get. someoe to grow old with.
