Long story short, our marriage certificate got sent to our old address in San Jose, CA. Now we live in Oregon. I need copies for my name change stuff. Our marriage license was issued by Santa Clara County (San Jose, where we lived at the time) but our wedding was in San Mateo County (Burlingame, CA) so would I request copies of our marriage certificate from the Santa Clara County Vital Records or San Mateo County Vital Records?
