1. I've become naturalized US citizen in august 2009 and changed my last name on naturalization certificate.
2. In october 2009 I got married and used my old last name on a marriage certificate.
Now, I am thinking if it's ok that I've used my maiden name on a marriage certificate when my legal name at that moment was completely different. Does it invalidate my marriage?Changed name on naturalization certificate but then used maiden name on marriage certificate, problem?
No it doesn't but you have to change your name so that both documents have the same last name.
