If a marriage license has an error on it, is the marriage still considered valid? Where it says to list the number of marriages, including this one, the number that was printed and on record is incorrect for my spouse. I was just curious if anyone out there knew about this.What if there's an error on the marriage license?
My ex husband was not accurate in his reporting of how many marriages prior on our marriage license and it did not make it invalid. We never corrected it either....What if there's an error on the marriage license?
