If masturbation is haram, why is sex for pleasure in marriage not haram?

Can anybody tell me the difference between masturbation and having sex with your husband/wife for the sole purpose of pleasure?

As far as I'm concerned, birth controls and condoms are halal (please correct me if I'm wrong) so that means, if a muslim couple has sex with any of these methods, they will be having sex for the sake of sexual pleasure, correct?

So what is the difference between giving yourself pleasure with masturbation, and getting pleasure from a husband/wife?If masturbation is haram, why is sex for pleasure in marriage not haram?
As it is testified to by all animals and corroborated by plants that 鈥榤arry鈥? the purpose and aim of marriage is reproduction. The pleasure of satisfying lust is a small wage given by Divine mercy to encourage performace of the duty. Therefore, lust without marriage is a sin and can open gates to other sins as well.If masturbation is haram, why is sex for pleasure in marriage not haram?
masturbating if you are not married, so thats like adultery, has nothing to do with marriage
