Any chance of becoming Legal besides marriage?

If someone is an illegal immigrant in the US what ways are there to become legal besides marriage??

Are there other types of sponsorship available. eg, work?Any chance of becoming Legal besides marriage?
Get out before you're caught. Then it will be very hard to do it legally.

Go home and learn a useful skill (in America) and get in line.Any chance of becoming Legal besides marriage?
Marriage does not make an illegal alien legal. In fact, that is a good way to get caught and deported and banned from re-entry.

The illegal alien would have to return to their home country, apply for their spouse to immigrate to their country (because a married couple must live together for one spouse to sponsor the other!). After a year or more (10 years if you have a ban) living in the other country, the US-citizen spouse could then apply for the non-US citizen spouse to immigrate under spousal immigration rules.
No process is available for a person (illegal) to apply for any visa even you want to regularize your situation. Is not such thing is a line to get In even if you go back to your country.

Even if you find a sponsor you still not be able to apply. You can apply but the application will be denied

If you leave the country you will be bar from entering the U.S for 10 years.
Marriage doesn't make an illegal alien legal. There is currently no way for an illegal alien to become a legal resident while illegally residing in the US.
There is no real way, even through marriage, although people slip through the cracks or get exemptions, for the general public, there is no way.
You'll have to leave the country immediately or face deportation.
