H1b marriage in US to a fiance on visitor visa?

Hi I am an Indian living on H1b in US and wanted to marry my fiance(a filipino) whoes on visitor visa.


1. Can I legally marry in US?


2. Will the marriage be recognised back in our respective countries?


3. Will it harm her chances to go back to philipines and apply for H4 if we marry in US?

It is easy enough for your fiance to get a fiance visa and make it legal. Do that. Yes it will hurt her chances for an H4 if she marries on a visitor visa a little.
