It's different for each couple and often depends how busy your daughter (and her husband are) with other things. It also helps when you get a long with her husband.





Typically I find it harder to want my parents (or her parents) to visit often because it's not a quick visit due to them both living 9+ hours away. That means when they visit they each spend about a week at our place before returning home (they each come to our house 1 week out of the year and we return the favor).





If they lived in the same city, I personally wouldn't mind if they came over a lot more often provided my wife %26amp; I had nothing planned for the day. As long as they go home at the end of the night, I'm good with it. It's when they stay IN the house for weeks on end that I become annoyed.
CALL???? before you get the idea to drop over ,don't just drop over thats rude even if she is your kid .She's starting her own family , and communication is a great tool and appreciated ,Good Luck
it's good not interfear in her marriage in the 1st one year and also dont visit her too often like once in 2 months or 3 months is ok.

You could probably call her often and visit as often as she is comfortable with,
Twice a month is quite enough, no longer than three days.
You seriously only need to ask a question on here one time....
